Californians Against Voter Fraud

Did Linnie Hickman rise from the grave in order to vote in the 1994 Federal and California State elections?

M. Linnie Hickman applied for a permanent application for absentee ballot in September of 1992 (see below). She died in July of 1993, but Californians Against Voter Fraud discovered that she apparently rose from her Rolling Hills Memorial Park grave in Richmond, California, and voted in the1994 Federal-State elections. See the Alameda County California Death Certificate.

Californians Against Voter Fraud received a copy of Linnie Hickman's Death Certificate, death dated July 23, 1993. after 'she' voted in the 1994 election. We received this copy at the end of January 1995:

"Vote absentee? But I died in July of 1993!"
