January 10, 2005 Senator Patrick Leahy Re: Nine-year cover up of the civil, human, due process and military rights cases of US Navy sailor Steven R Nary and related military veterans cases. Dear Senator Leahy: Attached to this introductory letter are the documentation of the cover up and obstruction of justice in the matter of US Navy sailor Steven R. Nary and related military veterans's cases involving former Judge Kevin V. Ryan and former San Francisco District Attorney Terrance Hallinan et. Al. Since May of 2002, this is the third public whistleblower notice to you in your capacity as chairperson of the US Senate's Judiciary Committee and member of Congress. This public whistleblower petition is timely and relevant in view of your most recent remarks regarding the vulnerability of US Military servicemen and women. This Nary case has federal jurisidiction because Hallinan and Ryan used J. Kelley Aasen, a US Department of Defense civilian employee as a member of an illegally impaneled and rigged jury to kangaroo court US Navy sailor Steven R. Nary. They also used Pan Gu, a mysterious Chinese of indeterminate legal status in the US. Pan Gu received a $50,000 first time homeowners down payment. However, this real estate operative already owned at least one other house. Miriam Motamed is a lesbian, who just surfaced in the controversial gay-lesbian marriage scandal here in San Francisco. Motamed is an Iranian, who questionably works at the university of California's Livermore Laboratory, a nuclear facility, which is the subject of many national security leaks. For purposes of the requested federal civil rights investigation and on going cover up, all of the lawyers involved in this case, Jeffrey Brown, Jeffrey Adachi, George G Walker, Allen Dresser, Bruce Hotchkiss, and Ms. Kuchinsky have had their lawyer-client immunity totally and irrevocably removed. We hope that you don't ignore and disregard the credible evidence and witnesses, whose certified statements are part of court filings and oversight agencies from the FBI, to the California Commission on Judicial Performance. The irrefutable facts of the ongoing violations and cover-ups in this case do not buttress American credibility regarding the moral leadership and accountability in public matters such as the Steven R. Nary case and the related military veterans cases quoted in these web pages. If you have any questions, which we can't answer, we will gladly direct you to the source that has the answers or clarification. Captain Vincent Averna, the retired US Navy Judge Advocate General eloquently asked this question:"Where is the Outrage?"
