October 27th 2004: Faith Johnson, a local judge in Dallas Texas invited the media to a party that she threw for Billy Wayne Williams, a defendant, who failed to show up in her court: this defendant had a long criminal record. Some of the media questioned the judicial propriety of her partying to sentence the defendant to a Texas state prison. Included in this expose is Judge Faith Johnson's statement to the media. Judge Faith Johnson's Courtroom Party Draws Attention (27 October 2004, 03:16am ET DALLAS, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire) The following is a statement to the media from Judge Faith Johnson in Dallas: "News about a cake and streamers in a courtroom evidently spreads like wildfire. Now that I have your attention, let me direct you to the reason for celebration. One year ago, a jury in my court convicted a man for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. I sentenced him to life in prison. He already was a convicted murderer and escaped felon sentenced to 41 years. (Both cases involved domestic relationships.) He fled mid-trial, however, and was placed on the top five most wanted lists. A full year later, he was recaptured, off the streets, and no longer a community threat. And, yes, I threw a party ... ...in light of facts like these:
When these kinds of stats begin to shrink, then we'll all have cause to celebrate. Until then, this man's recapture-particularly in national domestic violence month-sends the message that the law is against domestic violence. For more information, contact: Julie Fairchild 214-536-0037
SOURCE Judge Faith Johnson" Contrast this Dallas Texas judicial misconduct with that of San Francisco Judge Kevin V Ryan in the notorious October 1999 State(San Francisco County/ District Attorney Terrance Hallinan vs. Steven R Nary US Navy sailor, a case reeking of fraud, treachery, false evidence, concealment of evidence, rampant conflicts of interest and defiance of federal authority over its federal military personnel. While Judge Faith Johnson is candid and honest about her party preparation and participation, which some ethical media questioned, Judge Kevin V Ryan lied, deceived, rigged and obstructed justice in his notorious kangaroo court prosecution of the navy sailor. When challenged by Nary's legal liaison for the Navy-- about his usurpation and conflict of interest, on the afternoon of September 27, 1999,Ryan arrogantly replied: "This is a trial court and I am going to try this case!" Near the end of his kangaroo court trial in late October 1999, Ryan invited not only his rigged jurors but the audience and the homosexual, lesbian, NAMBLA media covering the trial "to a nice lunch, which he, Ryan was paying for." Ryan, his courtroom bailiff, both attorneys,John M Farrell and Bruce Hotchkiss to permit CUAV-Community United Against Violence-- Lesbians, a NAMBLA -man/boy/woman/ girl love constituency to openly lobby Ryan's Jurors with orange stickers that blared" Stop Homophobia! And Stop bashing Immigrants."
Juan Pifarre, the dead homicidal homosexual predator, had a prior but concealed documented record of sexual assaults upon young males. He particularly targeted young military recruits. Pifarre was no immigrant but an illegal alien, who kept his Argentine citizenship, even though he could not return to Argentina because of his prior sexual offenses committed there. Pifarre's critics agree on this assessment of him: " Don't cry for him Argentina and don't mourn for him America-and they're not!" Judge Faith Johnson and her defendant are black. Judge Kevin V Ryan,Judge Ann Bouilane, John Farrell, Terrance Hallinan, and Juan Pifarre are white trash, according to their critics. Ryan is also a Canadian-born in Alberta, Canada of questionable presence in the US. Ryan has unpublicized contradictory statements on 'how, when, where and why' he entered the US. Ryan's jurors were also foreigners of uncertain legal entry and presence in the US. Steven Nary has Native American Indian heritage, probably Tidewater (Virginia) Indian. Nary was also born in Mississppi; his parents were born here and are American citizens. |
