Navy JAG Captain Vincent Averna's comment on the obstruction of justice and the ongoing cover-up of San Francisco local Judge Kevin V Ryan's willful misconduct, defiance and obstruction of Justice in State v Nary US Navy

Illustrated here on this web page per the request of ethical US Navy officers, both on active duty and retired, is the portfolio of photos taken during the October 1999 kangaroo court prosecution of Steven Nary by San Francisco district attorney Terrance Hallinan, John M Farrell, James M. Warren, Robert Dondero, Philip Moscone, Ann Bouilane, Kevin McCarthy, Lenard Louie, Jack Berman, Richard Kramer, Ms. Lee Baxter and Judge Munson.

Munson is the judge, who apparently realized Hallinan and Ryan's corrupt and illegal prosecution; on December 7,1999, Judge Munson in an office envelope bearing his name, released the names of Hallinan and Ryan's corrupted jurors. Munson then retired, along with Mr. Carlson, the Clerk of the San Francisco Criminal Court. Both have left California.

Judge James M. Warren is particularly notorious because (a) Hallinan slated Warren to judge sailor Nary during Gay Pride Month in June 1999. Warren is the grandson of Earl Warren, the late Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court. In December of 1998, at a Christmas party thrown by Jeff Brown, James Warren junior was also involved in a drunken sexual assault on a young male. Jeff Brown was Nary's onetime public defender lawyer before he was fired.

After Hallinan tried to kangaroo court Nary during Gay Pride month, on June 25, 1999,Nary asserted his federal military due process rights by using proper federal procedure. Nary filed a removal of the illegal prosecution to the proper jurisdiction and authority of the federal courts, which could not, and did not remand, order or send the illegal usurpation of federal military authority case back to the local San Francisco court.

Hallinan and his coterie of homosexual and lesbian anti military activists then used Miscode, Dondero, Louie and finally Ryan to defy the removal of the illegal case to federal court, and proceeded to sodomize the sailor under the color of title of authority.

Bill Lockyer, the California State Attorney General, though repeated served with federal process, has never filed any defense of these judicial subversives and homophiles in federal court.

SEPTEMBER 27- November 22-1999-- JUDGE KEVIN V RYAN'S WILLFUL MISCONDUCT-MALFEASANCE-JUDICIAL CORRUPTION IN THE ILLEGAL CASE

• During a break in the kangaroo court proceeding, Ryan allowed Johnny Brannon to 'examine' so called pictorial evidence.
• In one morning session, as witnessed by T. Philips, a disinterested ethical attorney attending the rump trial, Ryan and his bailiff permitted CUAV, a NAMBLA clone-man-boy -women -girl love pedophile advocacy group to openly lobby Ryan's rump jurors.
• Bonnie Hemmerling, a realtor with the HILL Company, a San Francisco Real Estate Firm, was one of the lobbied and illegally impaneled jurors.
• Pan Gu, another realtor--investor, who illegally received HUD $50,000 First time buyer down payment, was another of the rump jurors-see juror list given to the FBI and as part of the certified federal court record appeal of the case.
• This picture accurately depicts Judge Ryan's permissive evasion of the open jury lobbying by CUAV-NAMBLA.
• CUAV-NAMBLA advocates lobbied the rump jurors, outside of the courtroom at lunchtime, outside of the building and back outside of Ryan's courtroom after lunch. Johnny Brannon, the corrupt news writer covering this case witnessed the violations but covered it up in his account in the SF Independent.
• Ted Fang, a homosexual activist and reputed drag queen, was a supporter of Ryan for Judgeship seat 8, and libeled sailor Nary in the published accounts of the case in his SAN FRANCISCO INDEPENDENT.
