More Unpublicized Cases of Military Veterans'
Civil & Human Rights Abuse
While federal legislators publicize the detainee cases at the Guantanamo Base and brig, nobody in the media, the military, the US Congress or the presidential candidates publicize the abusive plight of
- federal military personnel and veterans who are in local jails.
- Or railroaded into state prisons by corrupt local prosecutors,
- some of these belong in federal prisons for gross violations of civil and human rights,
- public corruption, rigging cases, fabricating false evidence.
- And defying removals of cases to the proper jurisdiction of federal courts.
Besides the Steven Nary US Navy case, which is the biggest--over 12
years--t and longest
case of judicial rape in San Francisco Gaylord court system, there is
also the case of Clyde
Wood,
a US Marine veteran,
who was attacked by thugs in the same area--San Francisco's North Beach--as then 18 year old Steven Nary. Wood, a Vietnam veteran suffers from post traumatic stress, that has increasingly afflicted a growing number of military veterans.
Illustrated and extracted here is the court transcript sentencing record of Ms. Lee Baxter, another of the corrupt judges, who operated at 850 Bryant street courts in San Francisco.
Note that Clyde Woods had a public defender, who didn't even show up for the railroading of the marine veteran into Atascadero State Mental Hospital. In that insane asylum, Wood claims in his letters that he has and is being abused. Woods's charges of abuse are not the only one nor the first.
This is Ms. Lee Baxter, pictured above. She is a former San Francisco County Judge, from Tennessee, who also judicially raped 18 year old Steven Nary. When sailor Nary filed a habeas corpus suit, she refused to hold the mandatory court hearing as mandated by federal law.
All this judge did was issue a one page denial of his habeas corpus, while she quoted a non-applicable California case, which has no superseding authority or relevance to the rights of a federal military person in illegal detention in a local jail.
Commander Peter was himself not only a US Coast Guard veteran but also a retired Congressional investigator, who specialized in RICO/Racketeering cases. In his retirement, Commander Peter (Giaunopolis) was the volunteer head of the Jewish, Asian and other branch of the American Legion chapter in San Francisco, California.
The Clyde Wood USMC case is among the censored and suppressed public corruption cases connected to the corrupt public judicial officials, who operated at 850 Bryant Street in San Francisco.

- Eric Manganan, a legal immigrant was also railroaded in California state prison system. Manganan was convicted using false and perjured testimony in another corrupt San Francisco court. The perjurer, later admitted to VERITAS USA! that she was offered money and aid for her children as well as transportation out of San Francisco.
- Eric Manganan was going to join the US Marine Corps.
- There are other suspect cases that were railroaded in the the corrupt administration of then San Francisco District Attorney Terrance Hallinan, who hated the US Military. Although a
- golden gloves boxer, according to his enemies and critics, Terrance Hallinan was reportedly rejected for the military draft for emotional instability.
Since that kangaroo court trial, John M. Farrell worked at 101 California; then he slipped into the south bay to work for Fish & Richardson, another local law firm. Does that law firm know or care what they hired?
