How The unpublicized constituency in the California State Appellate and State Supreme Court manipulated the legalization of Gay-Lesbian Marriages in California

Among the least known and  virtually never scrutinzed,appendage of the American  Court system  are the local, state or federal,Court staff consisting of legal researchers, clerks and staff attorneys.  Rarely does the media,whether legal or mainstream ever investigate the employees of the American judicial system on any level.

Because of the extremely controversial "Gay friendly" agenda of California's state court Chief Justice Ronald George--There is much censored and suppressed information about the machinations of the California State Supreme Court's staff attorneys. law clerks, legal researchers and legal assistants.  California's judges rely upon the competence, ethics and honesty of these public employees.

But can the citizens, who are taxed to pay for their high salaries, benefits, health care and comfortable retirement.

Decent and concerned Calfornia citizens are asking these questions:  

"Did the opponents and lawyers of Gay-Lesbian Marriage raise the issue of  the gay-lesbian lawyers in the California State Appellate and State Supreme Court staffs?

"Did or do the oppoents know about this salient fact?

In the federal court system, court clerks, legal researchers and staff attorneys are supposed to take an oath upon hiring.  It is not known whether or not  other than a loyalty oath, California court staff have a similar condition of employment requirement.

Although there are corrupt federal law clerk scandals that were exposed in Seattle, Sacramento and San Francisco, At this webpage, concerned citizens will find the extensive federal ethics and conduct code.

ANON 5:      A JUDICIAL EMPLOYEE SHOULD REFRAIN FROM INAPPROPRIATE POLITICAL ACTIVITY

A. Partisan Political Activity. A judicial employee should refrain from partisan political activity; should not act as a leader or hold any office in a partisan political organization; should not make speeches for or publicly endorse or oppose a partisan political organization or candidate; should not solicit funds for or contribute to a partisan political organization, candidate, or event; should not become a candidate for partisan political office; and should not otherwise actively engage in partisan political activities.

B. Nonpartisan Political Activity. A member of a judge's personal staff, clerk of court, chief probation officer, chief pretrial services officer, circuit executive, and district court executive should refrain from nonpartisan political activity such as campaigning for or publicly endorsing or opposing a nonpartisan political candidate; soliciting funds for or contributing to a nonpartisan political candidate or event; and becoming a candidate for nonpartisan political office. Other judicial employees may engage in nonpartisan political activity only if such activity does not tend to reflect adversely on the dignity or impartiality of the court or office and does not interfere with the proper performance of official duties. A judicial employee may not engage in such activity while on duty or in the judicial employee's workplace and may not utilize any federal resources in connection with any such activity.
