Meet John Farrell (a/k/a John M. Farrell) the corrupt at-will ex-employee of Terrance Hallinan, San Francisco's corrupt District Attorney (1996-2000). Farrell is a native of Wisconsin who attended Indiana University and the University of Chicago Law School. Since John M. Farrell/John Farrell quietly left the employ of Terrance Hallinan, Farrell has been listed at three law firms:

law firms was one connected to James C. Hormel; another, Larson King operated
out of 101 California. This address is one of the most infamous in legal history.
On July 1 1993 , in mid afternoon Gian Carlo Ferri loaded his gun, went up to
Petit and Martin and executed the biggest slaughter of lawyers in
US History.
- Unpublicized was the fact that Ferri had taken his last money, retained Petit & Martn, a HUD connected and self proclaimed "affordable housing law firm" to use their influence and connections to obtain a Retirement Center in the Pleasanton California area. Coincidentally, the city of San Francisco owns valuable property in that area.

Little publicized was the fact that Petit & Martin was a controversial law firm that was deeply connected to and embedded in the HUD corruption and Chinese Community Housing. This was another real estate racketeering outfit, that was subsidized by HUD, and connected to Terrance Hallinan, Gordon Chin and other public corruptors.
When
John M. Farrell (pictured left) attended the University of Chicago law school,
as both an alumni and an academic dean, James C. Hormel was also connected
to the UC Law School. Hormel is also involved the cover-up of the bribery of Judge
Ann Bouilane and tampering with a federal military personnel matter.
Farrell and the other political, media and judicial flotsam involved in this case always invoke Harvey Milk, their political saint and the 1969 Stonewall Bar riot, which purported "liberated gays and lesbians."
Contrary to the 1969 Harvey Milk and Stonewall political and media Hype,in 1961-62,Illinois was the first state to legalize consensual homosexual acts between adults. Otto Kerner, then Illinois Governor signed the legislation. Kerner later was appointed a seventh circuit federal appellate judge, who was prosecuted for political corruption when he was govenor of Illinois. Kerner's conviction was upheld by the US Supreme Court:--US v Isaacs 493 Fed 2d--page 1124 (7th federal Cir 1974).
The City of Chicago has a controversial history involving Illinois politicians, their facilitators and sexual misconduct. The term "Bathhouse John" originated on Chicago's south side district, where the University of Chicago and its law school is located.
The first Bathhouse John was a corrupt political operative, who conducted his business in a bathhouse. In the early nineteenth century. Bathhouses were places where poor people went to bathe because tenement housing in America's slums didn't have baths or showers for the poor tenants.
It isn't known whether or not Bath House John Coughlin was gay or engaged in homosexual activity at his bathhouse. Outside of that bathhouse, bathhouse John was involved in gay and lesbian activities such as his ball.
Historians have described his activities thus.
."Gay men and lesbians of the demimonde paraded behind Bathhouse John and Hinky Dink Mc Kenna at the infamous first ward balls held at the Coliseum located on Chicago's south side.
In 1952, at the Chicago Coliseum, Vincent Hallinan was nominated as the Communist supported Progressive party's Presidential nominee. Vincent Hallinan, then the lawyer for the corrupt, communist dominated International Longshoreman's Union, was also the father of Terrance Hallinan, the corrupt San Francisco District Attorney prosecuting and rigging the trumped up 1996-1999 case against sailor Steven Nary.
During the October 1999 (US Navy) Fleet celebration in San Francisco, Farrell assisted by Jon Ron Huberman utilized every tactic in their portfolio of rigging cases against heterosexual defendants accused of "hate crimes.". Other Victims of their homosexual Gestapo courtroom tactics were Edgar Mora and other Hispanic ethnics.
In the September 1999 kangaroo court trial, Farrell interrogated Dr. Philip Dreisbach. Dr. Dreisbach, a medical board certified specialist, not only knew Steven Nary-- one of his sons played basketball with Nary. When Farrell cross examined Dr. Philip Dreisbach, Farrell injected the list of Palm Springs Gay Bars and Bathhouses in the southern California area. Farrell's insinuation was that sailor Nary as a high school student knew about these bars and bathhouses that were located in the vicinity of Nary's high school.
Farrell's assertion and insertion into the show trial is disputed by the city
planner of Cathedral City- That Nary knew about these bars and was a closeted homosexual, who was ashamed of who he was--according to Farrell, Huberman and Ryan--and killed Juan Pifarre with premeditation
- Farrell and Ryan also put the US Navy and the US Marine Corps on trial as "homophobic" because the military services allowed the use of the word" FAGGOT"
John Farrell apparently was no stranger to this history of homosexual reverie that still resonates among closeted homosexuals and their facilitators. Because Farrell injected his homosexual knowledge about gay bars and bathhouse in southern California, critics have asked this question of Farad:

Corrupt prosecutors--district attorneys--their assistants--are being prosecuted both in civil and criminal courts. This may yet be the fate facing John M. Farrell/ John Michael Farrell. "John Farrells have been in the news dying of AIDS and spreading AIDS. One case of a lawyer in San Francisco, another in Massachusetts.
In this recent southern California state court case--Lynn Magnadonovan v City of Los Angeles & Rocky Delgadillo: no. BC286908, After whistleblowing on corruption in that office--similar to Terrance Hallinan's corruption--Magnadonovan was terminated. This public corruption case--another one involving Los Angeles County Government--may have contributed to Rocky Delgadillo's defeat in the recent California primary election in which "Rocky" ran against ":Jerry" (Brown) for the office of California State Attorney General.
