Another of his cases involved Armand Tiano,a San Francisco sexual predator,and a Santa County Deputy Sheriff.. This public employee sexually molested two children aged 14 and 15 years old..Judge Teilh's one year sentence was appealed by the Santa Clara District Aattorney

Citizens, who pay the taxes for these trials, are concerned about the freedom of all trials from undue influences.   • Wouldn't Judge Paul Teilh establish how a federal sailor was removed from the USS Carl Vinson cvn's brig , a ship under the proper and exclusive jurisdiction of the Navy, which has total authority over the jurisdiction of its personnel under both the Federal Code of Regulations 32 CFR 700--- and the Universal Code of Military Justice title 10.

  • Wouldn't Judge Paul Teilh want to see that two million dollar warrant supposedly dated March 29, 1996, that was supposedly issued by Judge Lenard Louie--But no one has ever seen that invisible warrant, nor was it part of the San Francisco Court transcript, exhibits and documents;

  • Wouldn't Judge Paul Teilh establish "who" the warrant was served on, when and how;

  • Would Judge Paul Teilh conceal Juan Pifarre's communicable disease status-AIDS/ HIV positive/ VD/ TB/ Hepatitis?

  • Would Judge Paul Teilh waste California and American taxpayer's monies by conducting a kangaroo court proceeding that (a) Had been removed to federal court, and never remanded-or ordered back to the San Francisco local court by federal district Court Judge Charles Legge in July 1999;

  • Would Judge Paul Teilh use his courtroom reporter and other courtroom personnel for his personal political campaign to be elected to a branch of the local Superior Court? Judge Kevin Ryan used Donna Costello and other courtroom personnel for his political campaign to be elected to the newly created consolidated California Superior Court system in the 1998 California state wide election.

  • Would Judge Paul Teilh invite the audience and the media in his courtroom to" go to a nice lunch" with his jury in the Musladin case? Media, such as the Bay Reporter and the San Francisco Independent were allowed to examine "so-called" evidence, when Ryan recessed for lunch. Judge Ryan also placed a few thousands of dollars worth of ads in these papers.

  • Would Judge Paul Teilh have allowed CUAV, a NAMBLA-Pedophile sexual preference fringe group to openly lobby the jurors and wear bright orange stickers as they lobbied his jury in his courtroom?

  • Would Judge Paul Teilh allow the prosecutor(Hallinan-Farrell) to introduce false evidence about gay bars asnd bathhouses located next to high school student Nary's high school--the unmistakable inference was that the seventeen year old was a repressed homosexual; therefore "ashamed of what he did to Pifarre."

Judge Kevin Ryan also presided in another homosexual assault trial involving Randolph Rodigues, Eltro Nelson ,Justo Rivera and an alleged pit bull assault.--homophobic pit bull.

Interestingly, Judge Donna Little, a San Francisco lesbian judge disqualified herself. But Ryan wouldn't. He iis a member of the Log Cabin Club, a homosexual special rights constutency that is opposed to the military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy. Log Cabin Club also supports gay-lesbian marriage, adoption of children,transgenderism in the military as well as permitting CUAV/NAMBLA access to the military's dependent children living on military bases.

No federal court has upheld Judge Kevin Ryan's illegal 16 years to life sentence imposed illegally on US Navy sailor Nary. A hostile federal court clerk and a hostile 9th federal appellate court staff attorney informed Nary's legal liaison that"this case is going no where....I'm not going to do your work," sarcastically commented (W) alter Manning. These federal court clerks also deleted Nary's federal military status designation of "US Navy sailor"from all of his filings in the federal and US Supreme Courts. A US Supreme Court clerk told Nary's legal liaison: "I don't know what they are doing upstairs"(reference to the staff attorneys who prepare cases for the US Supreme Court Justices.)

An unpublicized fact is that Senator Dianne Feinstein placed Angela Bradstreet on the 9th federal circut's committee to chose federal attorneys--Kevin Ryan, judges and marshals. Bradstreet is the british lesbian activist, who tried to intimidate California's judges,lawyers and legal organizations from assisting and involvement in the Boy Scouts. She opposes the Boy Scout's policy of banning sexual predators from boy scout camps and pup tents.

Unlike Matthew Musladin, a case with nary the violations and a cover-up, obstruction of justice and intimidation of witnesses, 18 year old navy sailor Steven Nary was illegally denied the due process, respect for his federal employee and federal military status --10 US Code title 5 and title 10 by corrupt constituencies in San Francisco and the Bay area.

Bill Lockyer, California's State Attorney General refused to file any legal brief in the federal courts defending Hallinan and Ryan's illegal usurpation over a federal military person. Even though Nary filed default motions and motions to vacate, the federal court clerks apparently concealed these aspects from the certified federal court documents. Legal and military Cognoscenti have raised the issue of RICO/ Racketeering on the part of these clerks and staff attorneys.

When the US Navy operated the Hunter's Point, Treasure and Yreba Buena Island bases; the Sixth US Army operated the San Francisco Presidio,George Christopher was the mayor of San Francisco. After doing his hit piece on sailor Nary, Dennis Opatrny went to work for The DAILY JOURNAL, a Los Angeles based legal news reporting newspaper. Opatrny also did p.r. work for the notorious lawyer, George G. Walker, known by his critics as "the Black Prince of Plea Bargains." Walker recently was involved in the Barry Bonds steroid allegations case but was apparently dropped by Bonds: this was omitted by Lance Williams in his controversial book, GAME OF SHADOWS.

Ted Fang's San Francisco Independent was a financially failing newspaper. After Ted Fang received a million dollars from HUD--US Department of Housing & Urban Development office in San Francsico, Johnny Brannon, one of the libelers in the Pifarre Case, apparently fled to Hawaii, where he works for the Honolulu Advertiser, a Gannet newspaper.

The news director at the old KRON Tv Channel 4 station, Evan White was the only ethical and real journalist in this case, who tried to expose Hallinan's corruption and violations of sailor Nary.

October 28, 1999 was Ryan's birthday; After Judge Kevin Ryan had paid for his jury's "nice lunches", , did that lobbied, wined and dined jury give Kevin Ryan a birthday present by convicting sailor Nary of second degree murder? Additiionally, that jury falsely convicted Nary of using a club---a lie---to beat Pifarre to death.

The Federal Civil Rights Jurisidiction that Navy sailor Nary invoked

Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242 Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law This statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived from any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S

. This law further prohibits a person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation or custom to willfully subject or cause to be subjected any person to different punishments, pains, or penalties, than those prescribed for punishment of citizens on account of such person being an alien or by reason of his/her color or race.

Acts under "color of any law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the bounds or limits of their lawful authority, but also acts done without and beyond the bounds of their lawful authority; provided that, in order for unlawful acts of any official to be done under "color of any law," the unlawful acts must be done while such official is purporting or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties.

This definition includes, in addition to law enforcement officials, individuals such as Mayors, Council persons, Judges, Nursing Home Proprietors, Security Guards, etc., persons who are bound by laws, statutes ordinances, or customs. Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to one year, or both, and if bodily injury results or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire shall be fined or imprisoned up to ten years or both, and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
